Arizona Science Center’s CAMP INNOVATION provides informal STEM-based programs featuring fun and engaging science exploration.  Join us this summer to explore amusement park design, journey to Mars, and experience science using all five senses!  From learning about astrophysics, chemistry, biology, and engineering to discovering the world of game design and animation, campers will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while engaging in science!  Camps available for Pre-K – 11th grade.

CAMP INNOVATION: All Star Sports Science for Grades 1–8 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on July 5–7, 2017. Price is $155 for members and $180 for non-members.

Discover the scientific principles behind your favorite sports.  Through exciting, hands-on activities, campers will examine protective gear, analyze components of sports equipment, and discover the physics of baseball.  Learn about a bat’s sweet spot, whether curveballs actually curve, and how nutrition and personal fitness help players stay competitive!
