Shooter Jennings is the only son of country stars Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter. He grew up learning to play piano and guitar, and in 1997, he recorded the album “Fenixon” with his father. A few later, he formed his first band, Stargunn, a rock group that amassed a large local following and released the album, “The Only Way Up Is Down Pt. 1” in 2001. Over the years, Jennings continued to release solo albums, as well as albums with various bands such as “The .375’s” and “Hierophant.” Earlier this year, he released the album “Countach (For Giorgio)” which features Steve Young, Brandi Carlile and Marilyn Manson. The album reached the No. 7 spot on the Billboard Dance/Electronic albums chart.
