J&G Steakhouse offers a sophisticated collection of steakhouse classics as interpreted by Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain, and located atop the world famous The Phoenician, diners will enjoy dramatic sunsets and views of the Valley while dining on premium meats and a global selection of fish. The bill of fare is complemented by fresh, local ingredients and worldly spices and is masterfully executed by Chef de Cuisine Jacques Qualin.
A renowned chef in his own right, Jacques Qualin was handpicked by Jean-Georges Vongerichten to serve as the Chef de Cuisine at J&G Steakhouse in Scottsdale. A native of the Franche-Comté region of France, Qualin first teamed up with Jean-Georges at his legendary namesake restaurant in NYC before moving to Arizona to open J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician. An avid outdoorsman, Qualin takes pride in preparing and serving the finest cuts of meats and seafood at J&G Steakhouse, accented with the freshest seasonal ingredients and bold Asian and American flavors.
Recently named a Wine Spectator “Best of Excellence Award” winner, J&G was one of only 1,168 restaurants in the nation recognized for “wine lists displaying excellent breadth across multiple wine-growing regions and superior presentation … showing a deep commitment to wine, both in the cellar and through their service team.”
Join the restaurant nightly for craft cocktails in the lounge, dine under the stars on our scenic sunset patio, or host a stunning event in our stylish private dining rooms.
