AZF: What is your “life motto”?
Live each day and continue to grow.
AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path for you?
I always knew I wanted to cook. It just happened that I started Jennifer’s Catering after an injury. The rest is history!
AZF: How do you feel best supported?
I have an incredible support system between my family, friends, and work crew. We are all here to succeed, hopefully having fun along the way.
AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?
I love this business, and I am committed to the practice, clients, and my crew.
AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.
Well, usually I’m working. If not, then I’m lazy, and then I spend time with my son, family, and friends, usually eating and drinking great wine. If it’s baseball season, watching my son Cooper on the mound.
AZF: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?
Oh boy… RUN! No, I’m kidding – but to go into it with all the passion you are feeling. Make sure you are being very business savvy, because there is so much more to it than just the fun, creative side.
AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?
I love the opportunity to be creative, try new things, and grow, all while working for myself and my amazing team.
