At FOUR Desserts, the concept is refreshingly simple: just four desserts, done exceptionally well. The new specialty bakery focuses exclusively on cannoli, cheesecake, cream puffs and tarts, delivering a curated menu designed around quality and craftsmanship. Founded by husband-and-wife team Priscilla and Michael Sweet, the concept centers on mastering a few standout treats rather than offering a long list of options.
While the menu may seem minimal at first glance, the bakery keeps things interesting with a rotating lineup of flavors and varieties. Guests can enjoy handcrafted cheesecakes in classic and seasonal flavors, crisp and creamy cannoli filled fresh to order, airy cream puffs with decadent fillings, and beautifully finished tarts that balance rich textures with fresh ingredients.
The Sweets are already familiar names to many Valley dessert lovers as the owners of Silver Rose Bakery on Bell Road. With FOUR Desserts, however, they decided to try something different.
“We wanted to focus on quality over quantity,” Priscilla said. “By narrowing our menu to four signature desserts, we perfected the recipes, used only premium ingredients and have created an experience where every bite feels intentional, indulgent and unforgettable.”
The bakery is open to the public and will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., featuring tastings and a variety of giveaways. The event also gives the community a chance to meet the owners and sample the bakery’s signature desserts.
FOUR Desserts also adds an interactive twist to the experience with an open-concept preparation space. Guests can watch their desserts being filled, frosted and assembled right in front of them, creating a sense of theater while also highlighting the freshness of each order. Rather than preparing items hours in advance, the team crafts each dessert on demand, turning the process into part of the indulgent experience.
“Scottsdale has an incredible culinary scene, and we wanted to add something unique,” Michael said. “Four amazing desserts, made fresh in front of you, that can be enjoyed as a sweet treat with family and friends, or for larger events, like dinner parties, birthdays and conferences.”
