The city of Paradise Valley is welcome to join the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Saturday, April 30 for hot dogs, hamburgers and fun to celebrate the resort's 50th birthday. The event is free and open to the citizens of PV.

Railroad Revival Tour Visits Tempe

EXTRA EXTRA!

For one week in April, Old Crow Medicine Show, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros and Mumford & Sons will be featured in a unique tour across the Southwest, The Railroad Revival, embracing the rails every step of the way.

The bands will stop in six cities including: Oakland, San Pedro, Tempe, Marfa, Austin and New Orleans where they will perform from vintage rail cars. The Railroad Revival train is 1,500 feet long and has 15 vintage railcars in which the bands will eat and sleep from for the duration of the week-long tour.

This Saturday, the bands will make their stop at the tracks in Tempe, on 5th Street, between Ash and Farmer Avenues. For more information and to purchase tickets visit http://railroadrevivaltour.com.
