iOS 4 for iPhone 4 and iPod touch

If iPhone 4 weren't already cool enough, Steve Jobs is hustlin' to keep this luxury tool at the top of it's game. Free updates are available for download the week of September 6, 2010. Updates include:

  • High Dynamic Range photos- The camera will now take three photos ultra-quickly and combine them to create insane photos. One when the phone thinks is the normal image, one under-exposed and one over-exposed. No more of those pics that look like silhouettes of your friends.
  • TV show rentals and purchase- keep Modern Family on your hip
  • The debut of Game Center- so you can pwn people on the go. Game center will feature social networking features including friend lists, challenges and cross-platform features.
  • High-def video upload over Wi-Fi- embarrass your tipsy brother faster than ever
  • Bug fixes for bluetooth and other little inconsistencies- nobody is perfect
