Excel Trust announced today that Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, home to more than 800 brands, from emerging designer labels to some of the most celebrated names in fashion, will soon be opening at The Promenade shopping center, located at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and North Scottsdale Road. In addition to Saks OFF 5TH, Excel Trust has signed leases with four new tenants over the past six months, and anticipates signing several more pending the redevelopment of the southwest corner of the property.
