Forbes has unveiled its list of the world's richest individuals, and the 2016 list--which includes the likes of Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and Mark Zuckerberg--includes nine Arizonans.

Paradise Valley's Bruce Halle, 85. Owner of Discount Tire Company. Worth: $5.4 billion.

Brothers Mark Shoen, 64, and E. Joe Shoen, 66. Mark is the largest individual shareholder of U-Haul and owner of one of the largest private self-storage operations in the U. S.; E. Joe made his fortune through the family business, U-Haul. Mark is worth: $4.7 billion; E. Joe is worth: $1.1 billion.

Paradise Valley's Bennett Dorrance, 70. Grandfather, John T. Dorrance, founded Campbell Soup. Worth: $3.1 billion.

Phoenix's John Kapoor, 72. Chairman and majority owner of drug companies Akorn and Insys Therapeutics. Worth: $2.1 billion.

Scottsdale's Bob Parsons, 65. Founder of Scottsdale-based GoDaddy. Worth: $2 billion. Parsons is a Best of Our Valley 2016 winner for Most Influential in Valley Business and Most Influential Man in the Valley. Pictured with wife, Renee.

Scottsdale's Arturo Moreno, 69. Made part of fortune in billboard advertising and owns the LA Angels. Worth: $1.8 billion. 

Phoenix's Peter Sperling, 56. Chair of the Apollo Education Group, the parent company of the University of Phoenix. Worth: $1.2 billion.

Stewart Horejsi, 78 (splits time between homes in Arizona, Oregon and Barbados). Investor.
