INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTAR VIOLINIST
DAVID GARRETT
BRINGS HIS BRAND OF CLASSIC “ROCK SYMPHONIES” TO THE MASSES WITH HIS
NORTH AMERICAN TOUR

Internationally renowned violinist David Garrett was recently touted by USA Today as being “on the edge of stardom in the USA”.  Looks like Garrett’s time is now.  The Los Angeles Times noted that Garrett was a “captivating champion of the right of rock and classical music to share chords” and at the close of 2010 he landed on Billboard’s Boxscore Chart as one of the top grossing concert acts among Justin Bieber, The Eagles and Metallica. Garrett will once again hit the road in January 2012 to support his U.S. sophomore effort Rock Symphonies (2010) and smash Public Television Special of the same name. Bringing his edgy blend of classical and rock music to select cities across the country, Garrett promises a show not to be missed.  The audience can expect to hear David’s technically flawless violin playing shine through with precision and power backed by his explosive four-piece rock band. Of his live shows the Pioneer Press commented; “[Garrett] treats classical material like a great chance to show off his skills as a rock guitar god would” and The Miami Herald noted “Garrett possesses a level of instrumental skill that demands respect… the violinist dazzles”. (A complete list of tour dates are listed below.)

David Garrett has been winning over audiences since the release of his self-titled debut album in June 2009.  In addition to having two hugely successful specials on Public Television, Garrett’s numerous TV performances include Dancing With The Stars, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, Today Show, Fox News Channel, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and CBS Saturday Early Show among others.
