Innovative Golf Company Planning Major New Facility in Scottsdale Airpark;
Linthicum to Provide All Construction Services For Buildout
Linthicum, a premier builder of custom residential, commercial and golf properties in the western United States, has been selected to build a new, state-of-the-art Boccieri Golf corporate headquarters and Research & Performance Center.
The new headquarters, which will be located at 15816 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in the Scottsdale Airpark area, will provide the rapidly growing golf equipment company with a facility that will allow it to continue to innovate groundbreaking products.
Boccieri Golf is one of the hottest names in golf equipment today thanks to products such as the Heavy Putter and the “Control Series” line of swing products. The new facility will allow for continued and enhanced R&D efforts, as well as creating the ideal environment for custom club fitting and swing analysis.
For Linthicum, the facility represents a new entry into the tenant buildout marketplace, but one that’s complementary to its sterling track record in construction of exceptional golf clubhouse facilities throughout the western U.S.
