Bloom at Gainey Village, will be serving its last supper this Saturday, November 26 at 9:30pm. The company received an offer to acquire the building lease from Highgrove Grill, LLC. They will be opening an American eatery and wine bar in Bloom’s place.
According to Sam Fox, Founder and CEO of Fox Restaurant Concepts, “This opportunity came at a time when we were evaluating changes for Bloom. As one of Fox Restaurant Concepts original restaurants, Bloom had a great 10 years in Scottsdale, but it was time to revitalize the brand and remodel the restaurant.”
Currently, Fox Restaurant Concepts operates 12 different concepts, for a total of 31 restaurants throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas and Texas. The company continues to add new locations, targeting several existing brands that have been identified as viable opportunities for growth. A new prototype NoRTH recently opened in Arcadia at 40th St. and Camelback, and a second Culinary Dropout location is slated for 2012 near 7th St. and Bethany Home.
Until its closing, Bloom will serve lunch, dinner and happy hour as normal. Bloom will not be open on Thanksgiving.
