Stingray might be known for its amazing sushi, but lately all the buzz seems to be surrounding its new specialty summer cocktail menu. 

Try Sinful Orchid, a "girly" drink with Hennessy and Nigori Sake or cool off with a Watermelon Martini.  The Geisha a Go Go, named after one of Stingray owner Bryan Chittenden’s other Scottsdale hot-spots, is made with fresh watermelon and Skyy Vodka.

All of Stingray's cocktails are available for Happy Hour for just $6. Happy Hour runs Monday through Friday between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m..
