ICAN, an after-school program located in the East Valley received $100,000 toward the construction of its new facility. Dave Trout Charities supplied this generous donation.

The Dave Trout Gold Tournament will be hosted in the memory of Dave Trout, one of the co-founders of Coffin & Trout Fine Jewellers. The money is to be raised at this annual sporting competition.

For the last two years, ICAN has received benefits from the Dave Trout Golf Tournament. The money provided has been used to support programming for youth and families.

For the 20-year-old nonprofit, the need for a new facility for ICAN has brought out a tremendous amount of growth.

New additions such as: six classrooms, a technology and learning center, dedicated teen center, half gym, administrative offices and community conference rooms are included in this new 20,00-square-foot facility.
