EXTRA EXTRA!

Hotel Valley Ho is saying 'aloha' to Trader Vic's in Scottsdale, but this isn't the end. A fresh new concept will grace the space, capturing a new and unique concept.

Trader Vic's was in operation for five years and brought a Polynesian flavor to Old Town. Trader Vic's will always however, be remembered for their invention of the famous Mai Tai!

“The Scottsdale culinary scene requires continuous change to remain fresh and innovative.  As restaurants evolve, so do the patrons that frequent them, and this particular venue beckons for something new — an independent restaurant that fuses the style and unique personality of Hotel Valley Ho together with a fun and flavorful dining concept. This will soon be unveiled under the culinary direction of James Beard-recognized and locally renowned Chef Charles Wiley,” stated William J. Nassikas, president and COO of Westroc Hotels and Resorts.

Hotel Valley Ho looks forward to a new venture, while maintaining the Old Town character we love so much.
