Lauren Alaina, who is one of two remaining contestants in season 10 of American Idol, has lost her voice only hours before the finalists are set to compete. In rehearsals, the 16 year-old country singer sang her first song, struggled with her second song, and was unable to perform the third song at all.

TMZ reports that an on-set doctor has told her she should not perform, and sources say if this is the case Haley Reinhart will be reinstated and given the opportunity to compete.
