Scottsdale's Drift Tiki Bar is being transformed into Spanish Fly, a new Mexican beach club concept set to open in late February 2011.
OTG Scottsdale, the masterminds behind Geisha a Go-Go, Stingray Sushi and Jimmy Woo's, is renovating Drift's space to be a resort-like atmosphere without the room fees. Diners will love with VIP Cabanas, Mexican beach fare, sushi rolls, themed drink, Happy Hours and special event space.
