Encanterra's The Good Life Fest has confirmed Three Dog Night and The Guess Who for their March 5 concert. Check it out here!
The 60's sesh is estimated to draw 4,000+ listeners! Three Dog Night had more success in 1969-1974 than any other band- by 1975 they'd sold more than 50 million records. The Guess Who is famous for their 1969 hit single American Woman.

Did Houston's Change Their Name to Hillstone to Hide Calorie Count?

Did Houston's changed the name to Hillstone so they do not have to disclose the calorie count? The new health care bill President Obama signed will require restaurants with at least 20 locations nationally to post calorie counts on menus, drive-through displays, and vending machines. Additional information about sodium levels, fat, and carbohydrates will have to be available upon request. Currently Hillstone has nine locations posted on their Web site. We contacted Hillstone for comment and no reply yet.
Fox Restaurant Concepts to open The Arrogant Butcher at Cityscape in Phoenix February 21

Sam Fox, Arizona's culinary whiz kid, is opening the Arrogant Butcher in downtown Phoenix's Cityscape February 21. The new restaurant is different from other new, modern Fox restaurant concepts in that it's meant to feel old and happy, like it's been a favorite for years. Here are some cool highlights:
- The space is 7,500 square-feet.
- The space features an open dining room, exhibition-style kitchen, full-service bar and climate-controlled patio
- The cuisine is an expansive menu of urban grill-meets-comfort food with hearty and healthy options
