Award winners, citing this year’s group for bold tactics, outstanding creativity andstrong performances in a persistently sluggish economy. NRN’s Hot Concepts! program recognizes forward-thinking companies with emerging growth potential that appeal to consumers and position themselves at the leading edge of the foodservice industry.
One of the five winners is Scottsdale-based True Food Kitchen, founded by Fox Restaurant Concepts in partnership with Dr. Andrew Weil.

Praised for their modern, eco-friendly design, the restrooms at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts are one of 10 finalists in the 2011 America’s Best Restroom Contest, sponsored by Cintas Corporation.
