In honor of National Foster Care Month (May), R&B singer NE-YO has partnered with Sprinkles Cupcakes to raise money for charity with a new cupcake. All month long, Sprinkles will be selling a Strawberry Cheesecake cupcake (developed by NE-YO). The cupcake is a graham cracker-lined strawberry cake topped with luscious cream cheese frosting.
One hundred percent of the proceeds being donated to The Compound Foundation, which is a national organization founded in 2007 by NE-YO to enhance the well-being of youth growing up in foster care and group homes. Their goal is to support bright futures for young people by helping them to forge healthy relationships, pursue education and training, teach entrepreneurship basics and realize their dreams.
Locals can pick up their Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes at the Scottsdale location Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
