Mendocino Farms, a California eatery acclaimed for its chef-crafted sandwiches and salads, will open its first Arizona location at Scottsdale Promenade in 2026. This exciting move signifies a major expansion for the dining spot, choosing Scottsdale Promenade as its premier destination in the Grand Canyon State.
“We are very proud that Mendocino Farms has chosen to open their first location at the promenade, and we’re confident it will quickly become a local favorite,” said Harrison Cole, Leasing and Development Manager at Vestar. “Their commitment to feel-good food made with high-quality ingredients makes them a perfect fit for this health-conscious community.”
Located at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Paradise Lane, the new 3,000+ square-foot restaurant will feature a 500-square-foot patio, inviting guests to savor Mendocino Farms’ seasonal menu offerings in indoor and outdoor settings.
“Arizona has been a key growth market on our list as we continue expanding our footprint across the U.S.,” said Kevin Miles, CEO of Mendocino Farms.
Founded in 2005, Mendocino Farms has gained a loyal following for its commitment to “Eat Happy,” offering innovative dishes like the veggie-centric “Happy Hippie” sandwich and the renowned “Not So Fried Chicken” sandwich, a healthier twist on a classic.
“When determining where to introduce our brand to the state, The Promenade stood out for its strong visibility, high foot traffic, and complimentary retail environment, which will allow us to make a meaningful first impression in the market. We look forward to joining Scottsdale’s vibrant dining scene,” Miles said.
The Scottsdale location will be part of Mendocino Farms’ growing network of 80+ restaurants across California, Colorado, Texas, and Washington, with continued expansion planned. For more, visit mendocinofarms.com.
