Founded in Colorado in 2003, Smiling Moose has built a following with a menu centered on generous portions. Guests can choose from made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, burgers and freshly baked cookies, with something to satisfy everything from a quick lunch craving to a hearty dinner.
Among the restaurant’s signature offerings is The Original Mo, a hot sandwich layered with grilled meat, melted cheese, vegetables and a tangy vinaigrette served on a freshly baked baguette.
