At each table, a glowing red lamp acts as a discreet call button; when pressed, the performance begins. From icy glassware to rare spirits and theatrical garnishes, each martini becomes an event — a sensory experience where luxury and irreverence collide.
The martini cart is more than just a menu feature — it’s an extension of Sexy Roman’s core DNA: immersive, indulgent, and impossible to ignore. Guests can choose from a curated lineup of martinis, each served with its own bespoke glassware, handpicked spirits, and a flair for the dramatic.
Highlights include the Stiletto Espresso, a bold coffee martini crowned with a pop-able vanilla smoke bubble and golden espresso bean; the Provocateur, made with passionfruit liqueur and flambéed fruit; and the Midas Touch, topped with lemon-drop gummy bears dipped in gold flake.
The Get Your Sexy On delivers an ice-cold martini in Italian pewter alongside a one-ounce tin of SR Label Tsar Nicoulai caviar — luxury in its purest form.
Once summoned, the Sexy Roman bar team performs each pour tableside with flair, fire, and finesse, guiding guests through a personalized martini journey as captivating as the drinks themselves.
