Arizona’s culinary scene is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of Four Top, an intimate, chef-driven dinner series debuting on July 24 (that’s already sold out – but don’t worry, more events are being planned for the very near future!) at Atria in Flagstaff. The inaugural event brings together four of the most celebrated chefs – plus special guest Matt Carter – for an evening of creativity, seasonality, and friendship.
Founded by chefs Rochelle Daniel (Atria), Cory Oppold (Course), Christopher Brugman (Heritage Kitchen + Cocktails), and Steven “Chops” Smith (previously of Liquor Pig), Four Top is more than a dinner–it’s a culinary collaboration rooted in mutual respect and a passion for hospitality. Each chef will host a dinner at their own restaurant in the coming months, with each experience offering a one-of-a-kind five-course tasting menu, optional wine and cocktail pairings, and stories behind every dish.
“Four Top is more than just a dinner series, it’s the coming together of chefs I deeply admire and genuinely love working with,” Chef Rochelle said. “Each of us brings something different to the table, and being able to create alongside these friends in each other’s kitchens is what makes this series so special. It’s an opportunity to cook from the heart and celebrate our shared passion for what we do.”
The July 24 kickoff dinner will offer two seatings, at 4:30 and 7:00 p.m., with tickets priced at $165+ per person. Guests can expect a curated five-course tasting menu that highlights each chef’s distinctive style – from Rochelle’s elegant, seasonal plates and Cory’s modernist, artistic flair to Christopher’s coastal, globally inspired dishes, Matt’s refined, modern cuisine and and Chops’ bold, soulful flavors.
With limited seating and a truly one-of-a-kind format, this is a culinary experience you won’t want to miss. Tickets are on sale now, and future Four Top dates and locations will be announced soon. Learn more at atriarestaurant.com.
