The “Greatest Show on Grass” is getting an equally showstopping food and beverage upgrade. Marking its 27th year leading hospitality operations for the iconic PGA TOUR event, M Culinary Concepts will serve an estimated 200,000 fans across the tournament’s most in-demand venues. Known for its chef-driven approach and elevated service, the company curates a massive culinary and beverage program each year, complete with bar menus, specialty stations, and luxury hospitality experiences.

In 2026, the food experience at the reimagined 16th hole steps firmly into upscale territory. The new Pin Hi Club will introduce a lavish atmosphere, featuring chef carving stations, an elevated seafood tower with premium suite deliveries, and refined tray-passed appetizers. At Skybox 16, a revamped culinary program brings restaurant-style service into the tournament setting, powered by five fully operational kitchens designed to deliver higher-quality cuisine with greater efficiency.

The Skybox 16 Loge Suite also gets a morning upgrade with a chef-attended omelet station, a barista program featuring matcha and latte art, and an expanded lineup of flatbreads. Over at Cove, the refreshed concept leans into rotating pop-up stations, including a daily sorbet bar with handcrafted flavors and a new satay station to complement its Hawaiian and Polynesian-inspired menu. The pig roast returns with a reimagined kalua pork theme, while an ahi tuna poke bowl activation headlines this year’s featured pop-up.

These food-forward upgrades align with broader enhancements to the 16th hole experience, including a state-of-the-art, 100 percent reusable modular structure debuting in 2026, complete with premium finishes, higher ceilings, wider interior bays, and improved sightlines through frameless glass railings. The new ground-level Pin Hi Club will also offer individual ticket access to the iconic hole for the first time.

Sustainability remains a key ingredient. As one of the world’s largest certified zero-waste sporting events, the WM Phoenix Open partners with M Culinary Concepts to donate surplus food each year to Waste Not, supporting organizations that feed individuals and families in need. In 2025 alone, more than 30,000 pounds of food from the tournament benefited local charities across the Valley. Learn more at mculinary.com.
