Atavia, the 88-unit luxury condominium community by Chicago-based Belgravia Group, has reached a major milestone: phase one is officially under roof and nearing sellout. With this milestone, phase two is now fully released, offering buyers a new opportunity to secure a residence. Construction remains on schedule, with initial move-ins expected by winter 2026. Upon completion, Atavia will feature 14 four-story buildings with thoughtfully designed two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes priced from $860,000 to $1.7 million.

Located in the heart of North Scottsdale’s luxury corridor, north of Loop 101 and east of Scottsdale Road, Atavia is a private gated community offering a rare new-construction condominium opportunity in the area.

“Atavia brings to Scottsdale a completely unique condominium product,” said Jonathan McCulloch, CEO of Belgravia Group. “Atavia was designed for buyers who want luxury, privacy, and comfort without compromising convenience. Every detail, from the unique floorplans to the amenities and architectural character, was created to feel like a true retreat in the middle of North Scottsdale.”

Atavia stands out as the only active for-sale condominium development of its kind in the area, featuring private two-car garages and individual entries, with select homes offering private elevators and rooftop decks of up to 570 square feet.

Atavia has resonated with buyers seeking lock-and-leave convenience without sacrificing space or quality. Homes range from 1,570 to 3,015 square feet, and feature 10-foot ceilings, contemporary Italian cabinetry, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Buyers work with Belgravia’s in-house design team to personalize their home from a curated selection of finishes and materials.

Designed by award-winning international architecture firm KTGY, Atavia’s 5,000-square-foot clubhouse draws inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Taliesin West. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, fitness center, private indoor/outdoor yoga studio, golf simulator, social lounges, outdoor fireplace, grilling areas, meeting space, and lush courtyards.

“The sales success for Atavia is a testament to Belgravia Group’s unwavering attention to detail and commitment to excellence,” said Keith Mishkin, Cambridge Properties’ CEO, president, and designated broker.

Phoenix-based Cambridge Properties leads sales for Belgravia Group’s Scottsdale communities. Atavia and Portico, Belgravia’s first fully sold-out Scottsdale community, is a key component of DMB’s One Scottsdale master plan, which is planned to include a blend of retail and office space, residential units, and hotel rooms upon completion. For more information, visit ataviacondos.com.
