Desert Design Week is set to return for its highly anticipated Spring 2026 edition, bringing a lineup of art, architecture, and design-focused experiences to Phoenix and Scottsdale from April 16-23. Now in its third year, the biannual festival continues to build momentum as a dynamic celebration of creativity, community, and collaboration across the Valley’s design landscape.

Anchored in the distinctive beauty and energy of the Sonoran Desert, Desert Design Week highlights the work of artists, architects, designers, makers, and creative visionaries through workshops, shoppable pop-ups, home tours, and immersive experiences.
The decentralized format encourages guests to explore multiple neighborhoods while connecting with the region’s creative community. The festival has already developed a following, and attendees are encouraged to join the interest list for early access to tickets once they become available.

“My goal with Desert Design Week is to offer a selection of varied experiences that bring people together around a shared love of art, design, and architecture,” Founder Ruth Price said. “Some will be more intimate, and others on a grand scale. I urge those interested in attending to sign up because events sell out quickly!”
The preliminary schedule offers a diverse snapshot of what attendees can expect, beginning April 16 with an artist installation and talk featuring textile artist Rhiannon Griego at MADE (Materials for Designers), alongside a Phoenix stop on Chef Reilly Meehan’s A Little Bit Extra book tour, presented as a block party featuring food creatives, artisans, and a book signing.

Events continue throughout the week with a Feng Shui-focused experience hosted at Âme Bohème by Bohemy Houz, an original art group show co-curated by guest curators Ben Latham and Stephanie Ketty, and a Makers Market at Local Nomad showcasing regional artists.
Industry professionals and enthusiasts can look forward to a branding and marketing conversation with Ashley Murphy of Rare Beauty, hosted in collaboration with Plush Delicate Installations.

Additional highlights include a collaborative showcase featuring decorative art and furniture by Mike Diaz, an immersive evening experience with Modern Nest, and the closing event, First Bites of Phoenix with House of Form, which blends hospitality design with culinary inspiration. Additional events will be announced , with ticket sales launching in mid-March. Learn more at desertdesignweek.com.
