The tour comes as Blossom Rock continues to build momentum in the East Valley. RCLCO Real Estate Consulting recently ranked the community as the third best-selling master-planned community in Arizona and the 28th-best-selling master-planned community in the nation at midyear. Blossom Rock has recorded 304 home sales so far this year, surpassing the 296 homes sold during all of 2025.

“Blossom Rock’s growth reflects what today’s homebuyers are looking for: exceptional views, a connected lifestyle, award-winning amenities, diverse home options and a strong sense of place,” said Blossom Rock’s SVP of Development Eric Tune.

Located in Superstition Vistas against the backdrop of the Superstition Mountains, Blossom Rock pairs a variety of housing options with parks, trails and outdoor recreation designed to keep residents connected to the surrounding community. The Escape & Explore Home Tour offers buyers an opportunity to experience that lifestyle while exploring homes suited to a range of stages of life.

The community’s eight participating builders are Brookfield Residential, David Weekley Homes, Lennar, Meritage Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Shea Homes and Tri Pointe Homes. Blossom Rock also introduced two new residential phases earlier this year, further expanding its selection of homes.

Blossom Rock continues to expand its collection of parks, trails and recreational spaces, with new phases adding Fremont, Sombrero Butte, Reavis Run, Galena and Treasure parks. More than 20 neighborhood parks are planned throughout.

Residents also have access to the award-winning Dutch Clubhouse and Pool Pavilion, as well as Painted Sky Park, a 16-acre public park featuring a catch-and-release fishing lake. Other amenities include Ruff Ranch dog park, sports and game courts and the Miner’s Run Adventure Playground.

Great Hearts Blossom Rock Academy, a tuition-free K-5 charter school, is currently under construction on a five-acre campus and is expected to welcome students in fall 2027. The school will eventually serve students through eighth grade.

With its combination of attainable housing options, outdoor amenities and continued development, Blossom Rock is part of the growth transforming the Williams Gateway/Apache Junction area and attracting increased attention throughout the East Valley.
