Arizona’s food lovers have a date to look forward to as A Taste of AZ Food and Drink Festival returns to Salt River Fields on January 31, 2026. Hosted on the East Lawn and Upper Outfield area of the renowned venue, the festival brings together some of the best flavors, makers, and culinary talent from across the state.

Running from 1:30 to 5 p.m., with early access beginning at noon for VIP ticket holders, the event offers a chance to sample dozens of Arizona’s standout dishes while sipping on selections from wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Live music, cooking demos, friendly competition (vote for the best bite and best cocktail of the afternoon!), and a lively atmosphere round out the experience.

Every ticket includes unlimited food samples along with 15 drink tastings featuring beer, wine, and cocktails, plus free parking. Guests who opt for a VIP upgrade will also receive a complimentary ticket to the Diamondbacks vs. Angels Spring Training game on February 22, 2026, at Salt River Fields.

“After the success of last year, we couldn’t wait to get back to the drawing board on how we could enhance this year’s edition,” festival organizer Luke Irvin said. “We believe that A Taste of AZ Food and Drink Festival did exactly what we had hoped – bring together the food and drink community of Arizona, and we are so excited to be bringing it back to Salt River Fields.”

This year’s lineup showcases a variety of Arizona’s culinary talent, with bites from notable restaurants and purveyors including Caldwell County BBQ, Chula Seafood, Élephante, and The Italian Daughter. Beverage makers such as Cider Corps, Iconic Cocktail, and The Shop Beer Co. will also be on hand, offering festival-goers a chance to explore the state’s impressive beer, wine, and spirits scene. With new favorites to discover and longtime staples to revisit, the festival promises an exciting taste of Arizona craftsmanship.

A portion of event proceeds will benefit Healing Hospitality, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting mental wellness in the hospitality industry through education and wellness-focused programming. Founded in 2021 by hospitality vet David DeLorenzo, the organization has become a trusted resource for those working in one of the state’s most demanding fields.

Tickets are available now, with general admission priced at $99 and VIP at $139. The event is 21 and over. For details or to purchase tickets, visit azfoodanddrinkfestival.com.
