Slice House to Debut in Gilbert in February

Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the fast-casual concept from the 13-time World Pizza Champion, is opening its first Arizona location in February 2026, bringing its celebrated lineup of artisan pizza styles to the East Valley. The new pizzeria will be located at 3115 S. Val Vista Drive, Suite 101, adding a globally recognized name to one of Gilbert’s busiest dining corridors.

Founded by pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani, Slice House has built a national following for its wide range of regional pizza styles and commitment to quality ingredients and technique. The Gilbert opening marks the brand’s debut in Arizona and its expansion into an eighth state, a milestone moment for the growing franchise.

“We are very excited to bring Slice House to Gilbert, which marks a momentous milestone as the first location within Arizona and the eighth state for the franchise as it continues to pursue nationwide expansion,” Gemignani said. “With the expertise of our trusted brand partner, Jason Pastore, we’re confident that Slice House will soon become a go-to spot for artisan pizza and community gathering.”

The menu will showcase Gemignani’s acclaimed New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or as whole pies, with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options available. Guests can also expect pasta, wings, and salads, alongside a beverage selection that includes craft beers, premium wines, and non-alcoholic sodas and juices.

“It’s an honor to partner with Tony Gemignani and be the first to bring Slice House’s world-famous pizzas and artisanal offerings to Arizona, starting with Gilbert, of which my family has been part of for over 20 years,” Pastore said. “We’re confident that the brand’s menu, commitment to quality, and atmosphere will make Slice House a favorite. We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming the community soon.”

Designed as a casual, community-driven space, Slice House Gilbert will offer indoor seating for 14 and outdoor patio seating for 16, along with takeout, online ordering, and delivery. The restaurant will be open seven days a week. Learn more at slicehouse.com.
