Scottsdale is getting a new place to play, sip and socialize. Les Jeux (“The Games” in French) is opening November 7, bringing a sophisticated, modern twist to traditional game nights. Les Jeux offers a playful atmosphere complete with curated cocktails, mocktails, small bites and an extensive collection of games. From mahjong to Monopoly, guests can gather with friends in a chic, design-forward space.
The grand opening kicks off at 4 p.m. on Saturday, giving guests a first look at the new concept. Owner Shantelle Girard, who also founded Rancher Hat Bar, wanted to bring a completely new concept to Scottsdale while drawing on the entrepreneurial experience she gained from her first business.
“Running a business is a crazy, crazy experience and I feel like I’ve learned so much along the way, from operations to marketing to social media management,” she said.
With Les Jeux, she hopes to create a destination where guests can enjoy a date night, spend an evening with friends or enjoy some friendly competition, all in an elevated setting. The space features multiple areas, including a second story that offers guests an entirely different atmosphere and experience.

The variety of spaces gives guests something new to discover throughout the lounge. Opening night will bring a little Great Gatsby flair, with a saxophone player, DJ, catered food, a bartender and a caviar server circulating throughout. The fun won’t stop after the grand opening. Les Jeux plans to keep its calendar full of themed events, mahjong league nights and other special gatherings.
Mondays and Tuesdays will be reserved for private events, with additional themed nights planned throughout the week. Guests can also enjoy happy hour Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m., and walk-ins are always welcome.
