A new fitness and retail destination is set to open in North Central Phoenix this summer as The Beau Collective expands beyond Utah for the first time. Opening August 8 just north of Uptown Plaza, The Beau Collective Phoenix marks the second location for the concept and its first in Arizona. Founded in 2014, the business was created to foster connections through fitness, wellness and gathering spaces.
The Arizona expansion is meaningful for founder Whitney White Kozlowski, an Arizona native and Xavier Prep graduate, who is bringing the concept back to her hometown.

“The Beau Collective in Park City was born out of necessity,” said Kozlowski. “As I got older, I missed having a team and support system of friends and community; it turns out, so do many other people.” When they decided to expand to a larger market, there was no other city she thought about more than Phoenix.
“Fitness and community are the core of The Beau Collective, and we have responded to the popularity and growth year after year in Park City. Our next chapter is opening in Phoenix, just blocks away from where I grew up, and I cannot wait to watch the connections blossom in the desert,” she said.

The new location occupies a renovated 6,648-square-foot office building originally constructed in 1973. After an 18-month transformation completed with Imagine Builders, the space now features HIIT-style fitness classes, a retail boutique and a flexible event venue designed for meetings, workshops, wellness programming and community gatherings. The event space can accommodate up to 100 people.
The Phoenix outpost offers expanded programming designed to serve the area’s larger population. The property also includes 35 dedicated parking spaces, a rare offering in Phoenix. Leading day-to-day operations is Sarah Duncan, a fourth-generation Arizonan and Xavier graduate.

She is joined by Community Captain Brigette Sebald, an Arizona native and owner of Truckers by Tam hats, which will be available for purchase at The Beau Collective as one of the brand’s few brick-and-mortar retail locations in the Valley. Beyond fitness, visitors will find brands such as Lululemon, Stanley and Free People Movement, alongside other lifestyle products.
The Beau Collective will celebrate its grand opening from 8 to 11 a.m. with complimentary mini fitness classes beginning at 8:30, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Guests can also enjoy light bites, shopping experiences and hourly raffles throughout the event. Learn more at thebeaucollectivephx.com.
