A typical day in my life includes…

eat, train clients, eat, play with my daughter, train clients again, eat, workout, eat, write/record music, sleep.

I was born…

in Tucson, Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

I don’t have to shovel snow.

I’m listening to…

“Elevate” by Alex Maxx on iTunes, download it!

My family…

is my No. 1 motivation for why I wake up every day and work so hard. They deserve the world and I want to serve it to them on a silver platter.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Shawn Carter.

One thing I cannot live without…

melody.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a professional basketball player.

I’m inspired by…

Gary Vaynerchuk.

The one person who motivates me is…

my daughter, she is my battery pack.

The perfect day would be…

a quick run and workout on Manhattan Beach, then breakfast and Disneyland with my family. I would have lunch somewhere amazing and an afternoon pick-up basketball game with old friends and family. After that, have a light dinner, perform at a sold out show, then back home to relax.

My first job was…

a busser at Denny’s.

My favorite escape…

water and music, preferably the ocean and my Beats.

My life…

is always a work in progress.

I’m currently working on…

my level of self-awareness and raising my emotional ceilings. Those that know me would agree I tend to keep things inside. Also my first EP!!!

Always…

fail forward. I hate that we have a negative connotation towards the word failure. But it’s only from failure when we learn and grow the most.

Never…

take things personal. What anyone does or says to you is only an outward expression of what’s going on inside of them and reflects who they are as a person. It really has nothing to do with you.

Favorite Quote…

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. ” – Aristotle

Biggest Dream…

to sell out Madison Square Garden.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

wet socks! I hate stepping in water with socks.
