A typical day in my life includes… FIRST – coffee!! I respond to emails while I enjoy my coffee. Then fitness (hike, jog or yoga); next is content creation time… either writing a blog post or doing photos/videos for a brand. My husband and I usually connect for a little at home happy hour once the work day is over, and catch up on each other’s day. Then we cook dinner – we like to try new recipes a couple of times a week.
I was born… in a tiny town called Biggar (funny name for a town of 2000 people lol), in rural Canada
My favorite thing about Arizona…the sunshine!! Coming from the snowy north, I totally appreciate the AZ sun & heat!!
I’m listening to… podcasts. When I’m driving or hiking or cleaning or getting ready, I always like to be learning something whether it’s to improve my business, health, or personal growth.
My family…my husband and I have an adorable 8-year-old chihuahua named Romeo, who totally lives up to his name with 24/7snuggles for all.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Dr. Joe Dispenza, I’ve been following his writing and meditations for over a year now, and I love how he blends quantum physics with spirituality; I can’t even imagine the deep conversation we would have!
One thing I cannot live without… yoga! Even if I just do a quick 20 min yoga video, it always makes my day happier.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a world traveler. And I’m doing it – I love experiencing different cultures!
I’m inspired by… young people who are making a difference in the world. It’s so cool to see people in their teens and 20s with so much ambition and motivation for success!
The one person who motivates me is… me! I’m not being arrogant here, but the ONLY person who can motivate me is …. me. I can listen/read/ watch so many motivational people and I love surrounding myself with that positivity, but I need to be the one to actually take action (not just think about it!), and when I see small changes happening from my actions, that motivates me to push forward.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… more positivity! Let’s spread kindness and happiness to everyone we come into contact with – just a simple smile can brighten someone’s day 🙂
The perfect day would be… I love my day to day life. I’ve purposely crafted my life so that (in theory!) it’s possible to create my own perfect day every day.
My first job was…
My first degree was in Geophysics, and I worked as a geophysicist in Calgary in oil and gas for 10 years. It was really fun and challenging, but after 10 years I chose to follow my passion and get into the health & wellness industry.
My favorite escape… once again… YOGA!! Having a bad day? A yoga session puts me right back on track. Feeling energized? A yoga session amplifies those great vibes!
My life… is AMAZING!! Every year that I get older, I learn so much about what makes me happy, and I continually strive to create that balance for myself.
I’m currently working on… my brand is ‘Healthy Indulgent Living’, and I’m working on expanding my scope of work to provide more tools to inspire others to create their own version of fun and balance to live their best life ever!
Always…practice gratitude. It’s impossible to feel unhappy and grateful at the same time!
Never… say never! Anything is possible!

Biggest Dream… I’m living it! I want to inspire others to go after their dreams and create a life that they love. No more just living for the weekends!
My Pet Peeve(s)… people that complain about the same thing over and over without taking action to change. We all have so much power over our own lives and happiness!
