Congrats to Deborah Beardsley of Silverleaf Realty, as she was named No. 1 Residential Real Estate Agent with more than $82 million in sales for 2016. She started selling homes in DC Ranch’s Silverleaf community more than 13 years ago. As a while, Silverleaf Realty has sold more than $1.5 billion in real estate.

Beardsley retains this slot for the second year in a row, as named by the Phoenix Business Journal. In 2016, she closed more than $82 million in sales for Silverleaf Realty, representing 40 transactions. This past year, she closed an $11 million sale, the largest sale in the history of Silverleaf. In 2016, the Arizona Business Magazine named her the top woman in real estate by transaction volume in 2015.
