The Montauk Debuts New Summer Spritz Menu

The Montauk is inviting guests to sip into the season with a new lineup of spritzes and specialty coffees inspired by beach days, sunshine and coastal escapes. East Coast charm meets Old Town Scottsdale, as The Montauk is known for its brunch scene, live music and coastal-inspired atmosphere.

From coffee dates to happy hour and late-night cocktails, the restaurant continues to be a go-to destination for every summer occasion. Leading the seasonal menu are four refreshing spritzes: Salty Sip, Heat Wave, Matcha Mist, and Seafoam Spritz. All designed for sipping on a warm Arizona evening.

  • Salty Sip – Decoy Chardonnay, olive brine, lemon and soda.
  • Heat Wave – Don Julio Blanco, elderflower, lime, mango sorbet, Chandon Brut and Fresno chili.
  • Matcha Mist – Haku Yuzu Vodka, strawberry, lemon, Chandon Brut and matcha.
  • Seafoam Spritz – Bacardi Coconut, pineapple, lime, blue curaçao, coconut water and Chandon Brut.

Together, the new spritzes bring a mix of crisp, tropical, fruity and bold flavors to the Montauk’s summer menu. Whether guests are stopping by for brunch, happy hour or a night out in Old Town, the lineup offers a refreshing way to sip into the season.

For coffee lovers, The Montauk is also debuting two creations, the Lemon Poppyseed latte and the Cookies & Cream latte, both available until 3 p.m.  Whether guests are stopping by for brunch, an afternoon pick-me-up or an evening out on the patio, The Montauk’s newest offerings capture the sweet feeling of summer.
