Bourbon & Bones Unveils New Signature Summer Menu

Steakhouse dining often shines brightest when guests can sample a little bit of everything, and that is exactly the idea behind the new Signature Summer Menu at Bourbon & Bones Chophouse | Bar. The steakhouse has introduced a chef-curated dining experience available at its Scottsdale, Gilbert and Peoria locations.

Offered Sunday through Thursday, the menu gives guests the opportunity to customize a multi-course meal with a selection of starters, entrées, sides and desserts, while still leaving room for a few indulgent upgrades along the way. Priced at $79 per guest, the Signature Summer Menu highlights many of the restaurant’s most popular dishes while offering a streamlined way to experience the upscale chophouse’s culinary style.

The experience begins with a choice of appetizers such as Crispy Calamari Fries, Strawberry Chèvre Salad, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail or Chophouse Meatballs. For those looking to elevate the meal from the outset, grilled octopus is also available as an upgrade.

Entrée selections showcase the breadth of Bourbon & Bones’ menu, with choices that appeal to steak lovers, seafood enthusiasts and those seeking something beyond the traditional steakhouse experience.

Guests can choose from dishes including a Prime Petite Filet Mignon, Seared Salmon, Kurobuta Pork Chop or Broiled Chicken. Additional premium selections such as Wagyu Flat Iron, Rack of Lamb and a Bone-In Kansas City Strip are available for an added charge.

Signature enhancements allow diners to customize their entrée with additions such as sautéed shrimp, scallops, roasted bone marrow or rich compound butters. Guests can also opt for an Oscar-style preparation, adding a classic steakhouse touch to their meal.

Accompanying side dishes include traditional favorites such as Country Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, French Fries and Sautéed Corn. Guests seeking a more decadent pairing can upgrade to Lobster Mac n’ Cheese or Crab Mashed Potatoes. Dessert provides a sweet finish, with choices including Vanilla Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Additional options such as Bourbon Butter Cake and Apple Crumble offer an elevated ending for those looking to indulge a bit further.

While the Signature Summer Menu is available at all three Arizona restaurants, guests visiting the Gilbert location at San Tan Village can enjoy several specialty cocktails created exclusively for the seasonal promotion.

Among the featured drinks is the Velvet Crush, which combines vanilla vodka, passion fruit purée, pineapple juice and lime juice for a tropical-inspired cocktail. The Peach Please blends chardonnay, peach purée, peach schnapps and orange juice, while the Banana Nut Old Fashioned offers a creative twist on the classic cocktail with Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon, Frangelico, banana liqueur and chocolate walnut bitters.
