Cosmoitalian: A refreshing blend of Belvedere Vodka, Aperol liquer, cranberry juice and fresh strawberries. ($11)

  • 1 diced strawberry
  • .75 oz. lime
  • .5 oz. simple syrup
  • .5 oz. cranberry juice
  • .5 oz. aperol
  • 2 oz. Belvedere

Directions: Shake all ingredients in ice shaker and double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with sliced strawberry.

Sicilian Margarita: Made with Gran Centenario Añejo, Solerno Blood Orange and lime. ($10)

  • .75 oz. lime juice
  • .25 oz. lemon juice
  • .75 oz. simple syrup
  • .75 oz. Solerno Blood Orange
  • 1.5 oz. Gran Centerario Añejo
  • .5 oz. sangria (splash)

Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard. Pour into glass and garnish with half orange wheel.

Amaro D’Amici: Buffalo Trace bourbon, Ferne-Branca, clover honey and a trio of bitters. ($12)

  • 1 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • .75 oz. clover honey
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Fernet-Branca
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Directions: Shake honey, lemon juice and Fernet-Branca with ice. Add orange bitters and Angostura and serve.

Dimmi Bravo: A delicious concoction of fresh raspberries, Dimmi Liquor and raspberry limoncello. ($11)

  • 2 lemon zests
  • 1.5 oz. Dimmi liquor
  • 2 raspberries
  • .75 oz. raspberry limoncello (recipe below)

Directions: Build in glass. Add lemon zest and Dimmi. Add half ice and give a quick stir. Add remaining ingredients and add more ice and give a quick stir, then top with cold tonic water.

Raspberry Limoncello

  • 180 g raspberries
  • 2 btl Caravella Limoncello

Directions: In a large empty container, muddle the raspberries. Add one bottle of Caravella and whisk. Add second bottle of Caravela and whisk again. Wait 24 hours then strain/skin out seeds.
