Among the standout appetizers are the Eggplant & ‘Nduja Croquettes: smoky, spicy bites made with potato, mozzarella, herb breadcrumbs, and parmesan snow – as well as the Ricotta & ‘Nduja Dip, a silky blend of ricotta, spicy sausage spread, and honey, served with grilled ciabatta. The bruschetta section features a fresh new option topped with burrata and peperonata over basil pesto.

The salad lineup now includes a Tuscan Kale & Apple Salad, tossed with radicchio, baby heirloom tomatoes, candied walnuts, ricotta salata, and balsamic vinaigrette. For pizza lovers, the new Alla Vodka Pizza features vodka cream, caramelized onions, Calabrian chilis, mozzarella, and fresh basil, bringing bold and creamy flavors to the Napoletana-style crust.

Hearty side dishes like Baked Rigatoni with three-meat ragù and crispy herb breadcrumbs join the menu, while new signature entrées include Nonna’s Baked Cannelloni filled with Italiano sausage ragù and whipped ricotta, and a NY Strip Steak finished with salmoriglio, roasted marbled potatoes, arugula, and lemon. Other highlights include Pork Rollatini & Gnocchi with sage and prosciutto, Calamari Steak Parmigiana with San Marzano herb sauce, and Lobster Fazzoletti in a rich lobster bisque demi.

The Sicilian Butcher is also introducing a trio of weekly specials beginning July 14. Guests can enjoy All Day Happy Hour from Sunday through Thursday in the bar area, where select food, wine, beer, and cocktails are $5. The new Build-Your-Own Pasta & Meatball promotion offers 50 percent off custom pasta creations every Monday through Wednesday for dine-in guests. And for midday diners, a new lunch special running Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. includes a buy-one-get-one-free deal on all sandwiches.

With bold new flavors and unbeatable specials, The Sicilian Butcher is making it easier than ever to enjoy a little slice of Sicily – no passport required. Learn more at thesicilianbutcher.com.
