Starting June 15, Postino’s annual Battle of the Bruschetta competition returns for its fourth year, giving guests the chance to taste and vote on six limited-time creations throughout the summer. Known for its colorful, shareable, and creative takes, Postino is once again turning its signature bite into a friendly food competition.
This year’s lineup features six flavors created by Postino team members: Cherry Mostarda, PB, Bacon & Banana, Roast Beef & Horseradish, Muffaletta, Smashed Pea, and Pear & Cambozola. Each option brings a different twist to the table, from sweet-and-savory combinations to classic deli-inspired flavors.
The competitions will take place in three two-week series. From June 15 to 30, Cherry Mostarda will compete against PB, Bacon & Banana. From July 1 to 14, Roast Beef & Horseradish will face Muffaletta. From July 15 to 31, Smashed Pea will go up against Pear & Cambozola.
Guests can order the bruschetta flavors during each round and vote for their favorite by scanning the QR code in the restaurant or visiting the Battle of the Bruschetta webpage. The top two flavors will move on to the championship round from August 1 to 15, where they will compete for a permanent spot on the fall menu.
The winning flavor will be announced on social media on August 17. Battle of the Bruschetta will be available at Posinto locations nationwide from June 15 through August 15. Learn more at postino.com.
