Resilience. Never give up. Never surrender.
What is one tip that everyone can use to become successful?
Always deliver legendary service. The difference between hot water and steam is one degree of separation. Steam can move locomotives.
How do you face challenges such as the recession?
I refuse to participate in the negativity of any challenge. Adapt, overcome and improvise.  I always remember that on other side of tremendous frustration Is tremendous success.
Who is your mentor?
From my grandfather and my father, to many of my contemporaries. They are my mentors and have always been there to help me face the brutal realities of life. They share freely their successes and failures in their lives so I may learn from their life lessons.
Why do you choose to live in Arizona?
My uncle retired to Arizona in June of 1980, and I helped him relocate his jewelry manufacturing business. Coming from Chicago, it was love at first sight.

The power to heal.
