Meet Katryna Eastwood, a 15 year old singer from Buckeye who you should really keep your eye (and ears) on!  She recently wrong and performed the title song for a locally shot Western movie (Copper Wind) and also released her first solo single, "All The Girls Go Bang" last month.  (Eastwood was previously involved in a singing group, The Ensemble, where she started experimenting with songwriting.)  Katryna, pictured above at the premiere of Copper Wind at the amazing and historic Herberger Theater, is talented and brings a fresh, sweet voice and perspective to country music.  

Eastwoods next venture was to write and perform the title song for the Western, Copper Wind. Copper Wind is directed by Chaz Lee, who decided to give Eastwood the opportunity to write the title song.  Eastwood is still a teenager, but can add this impressive fact to her resume, which is sure to only grow!   Phoenix-based Six Gun Entertainment filmed this gritty Western completely in Arizona, with Arizona actors - talk about sticking to your true western roots!
