In addition to being an information source, the ideal candidate will work with area restaurants, retailers and spas on cooperative promotions for residents, arrange for event tickets, escort residents with loads of groceries, pick up to-go food orders, etc. The concierge will also be dedicated to leasing activities at least part of the time.
