Mark-Taylor Residential, the company hired to manage Crescent Scottsdale Quarter is seeking the perfect candidate to become the information source for residents at the hip new community, someone who is ready to hit the ground as the community ramps up. Pre-leasing activity is already underway, with first residents moving in July 2015.

The Crescent Scottsdale Quarter concierge will have a strong commitment to customer service and hospitality, going above and beyond to cater to residents’ every need. In addition to being an information source, the ideal candidate will work with area restaurants, retailers and spas on cooperative promotions for residents, arrange for event tickets, escort residents with loads of groceries, pick up to-go food orders, etc. The concierge will also be dedicated to leasing activities at least part of the time.
