Orangetheory Fitness Quick Tips:

 

1. You will never out-train a poor diet. If you are truly interested in seeing results, then you will quickly realize that exercise and nutrition must complement one another so that you stop starting over.

 

2. Stay consistent with a program for a minimum of 8 to 12 months or longer. Studies show that changing programs within the first 8 to 12 months never yield significant results especially with respect to changes in body composition and body weight.

 

3. There are no such things as cheat days! If you are striving for a goal, then cheating only inhibits you from reaching or exceeding that goal. Resisting temptations is part of the challenge and the key to your success. The cheating is what landed you in the position you are in currently. Why would you ever want to indulge in a behavior inconsistent with your goal or what you said you wanted?
