Television icon, philanthropist, and celebrated restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump is bringing her signature style and hospitality to Arizona with the upcoming opening of Wolf by Vanderpump at Caesars Republic Scottsdale. Developed in partnership with nationally recognized real estate and hospitality firm HCW, the new venue marks the second location for the concept, following its successful launch in Lake Tahoe in 2024.
Set high above the desert landscape on the 7th floor, the 6,500-square-foot rooftop restaurant promises a dramatic, immersive dining experience. With panoramic views of Camelback, guests can expect opulent design, bold cocktails, and a globally inspired menu – all hallmarks of Vanderpump’s acclaimed brand.
Construction is scheduled to begin July 2025, with an anticipated winter opening. Once complete, the venue is expected to become a vibrant fixture in Scottsdale’s culinary and social scenes.
“We are thrilled to partner with Lisa Vanderpump to bring Wolf by Vanderpump to the rooftop of Caesars Republic Scottsdale,” said Rick Huffman, President & CEO of HCW. “Lisa has an incredible eye for design, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences. This addition, combined with the unparalleled views, will transform the floor into one of the most desirable and dynamic destinations in Scottsdale.”
The Wolf by Vanderpump concept draws inspiration from the La Lupa wolf brand icon of Caesars Republic and its guiding theme: Unleash Your Alter Ego. The venue is designed to reflect traits of the wolf: boldness, playfulness, mischief, strength, and loyalty, infused through the décor, menu, and atmosphere.
The space will be curated by Vanderpump Alain, the design firm co-founded by Vanderpump and designer Nick Alain, known for creating rich, immersive environments. Scottsdale’s location will boast a central bar, statement lighting, bold textures, and bespoke furnishings.
“WOLF is unique, bold, filled with epic visual statements, and it will be the perfect addition to Caesars Republic. Vanderpump Alain is creating gorgeous bespoke pieces to bring this concept to life, with every element taken from the magnificent creature that is the wolf,” Vanderpump said.
The Scottsdale location will draw inspiration from the landscape and culture, influences that will be reflected in both the interior design and menu, which will feature a selection of reimagined favorites from the Lake Tahoe location alongside exclusive dishes tailored to the Arizona venue.
Emphasizing seasonally driven, regionally inspired ingredients, the offerings will celebrate a blend of sophistication and bold creativity. The cocktail program will be a central feature, boasting imaginative presentations, local ingredients, and elaborate garnishes.
With its bold design and high-style ambiance, Wolf by Vanderpump is poised to become a standout addition to Scottsdale’s nightlife scene. Learn more at wolfbyvanderpumpscottsdale.com.
