A Texas cult favorite has officially made its Arizona debut as il Bracco opened its doors in Scottsdale, bringing its signature mix of elevated design, attentive service and scratch-made Italian-inspired cuisine to the Valley.

Located at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Rose Lane, the 5,000-square-foot restaurant introduces itself as both a refined neighborhood go-to and a stylish see-and-be-seen destination. The concept comes from Western Addition Restaurant Group and was founded by classically trained chef and certified sommelier Robert Quick, whose culinary background is reflected in every detail of the menu.

il Bracco focuses on house-made Italian-inspired dishes crafted from scratch daily. Fresh pastas and breads anchor the menu, alongside seafood and prime meats butchered in-house.

Favorites thus far include the Spicy Gemelli, a house-made pasta tossed in a vodka sauce, and the signature Bracco cocktail, a frozen blend of Aperol and fresh grapefruit. The Scottsdale location also incorporates touches that tie it to the Valley, including Queen Creek Olive Mill olive oil and espresso from Cartel Roasting Co., blending Arizona ingredients into its otherwise Italian-forward identity.

Beyond the menu, the restaurant’s design plays a central role in the experience. The interior features warm, modern finishes that combine leather, wood, travertine, terrazzo, polished chrome, brick and cork. More than $100,000 in original artwork was curated specifically for the space.

Open daily, il Bracco welcomes guests from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, offering a new dining option that aims to balance craft, comfort and a distinctly social energy in the heart of Scottsdale. Learn more at ilbraccorestaurant.com.
