Fox Restaurant Concepts is inviting guests to eat, drink and be merry with a lineup that celebrates festive flavor, creative cocktails and joyful gatherings. This year, the restaurant group is leaning fully into the spirit of the season, offering immersive pop-up bar experiences to indulgent to-go feasts and group dining options.

Culinary Dropout is once again embracing the magic of the holidays with the return of its spirited pop-up, Bar Blitzen. Beginning November 19 and running through January 3 at The Coop in both Gilbert and Tempe, the over-the-top installation brings twinkling décor, festive energy and a menu of whimsical cocktails crafted just for the season. Guests can sip on playful signatures such as the “Espress Ho Ho Ho Tini,” a tequila- or vodka-based creation with espresso liqueur, Spanish vanilla and spiced cold foam, or the “Dropout & Mrs. Mint,” a creamy blend of vanilla-infused vodka, white chocolate, cream and peppermint schnapps.
Fan-favorite bites, including wagyu pigs in a blanket and BBQ pork belly nachos, round out the merriment. Beginning November 22 at the Scottsdale Waterfront location, Saturday Soundcheck brings live music and $7 brunch cocktails every weekend from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Doughbird is making holiday meals effortless with its to-go offerings. Thanksgiving diners can preorder a generous sides package complete with stuffing, mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce available for pickup on November 26. Christmas Eve brings a prime rib to-go feast, served with seasonal sides, Caesar salad and a butterscotch cream cake.

Zinburger is also offering a sweet shortcut for holiday hosts with its whole pies, available in banana cream, chocolate and an exclusive pecan variety. Preorders run November 20-25 for pickup on November 26.
At Blanco Cocina + Cantina, the holidays sparkle from November 28 through December 31 with limited-time cocktails and the return of the margarita trees.
