Sunday brunch is getting a new twist in Old Town. KAUBOI, known for blending Japanese steakhouse techniques with Southwestern flair, launched a Sunday brunch experience featuring shareable starters, hearty entrées, fresh seafood, cocktails and lively entertainment.
The brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a DJ on the terrace from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The $75-per-person experience includes a multi-course menu designed for sharing, kicking off with sweet and savory starters for the table.

Cinnamon-Sugar Parker Rolls arrive with honey miso butter and strawberry yuzu jam, and a seasonal fruit plate adds a fresh touch. Guests can also enjoy a Japanese Mezze Plate featuring smoked salmon dip, edamame hummus and smoked Scottish salmon served with lavash and pickles.
For the main course, diners can choose from brunch classics with Japanese-inspired flavors. Options include Filet Mignon Eggs Benedict with yuzu kosho and hollandaise, a 6-ounce filet with two eggs and kazami chimichurri, and Big Sky Fluffy Pancakes served with strawberry yuzu jam and whipped miso butter.

Other selections range from Kauboi Fried Chicken with togarashi honey and umami ranch to chilaquiles with yuzu crema and shishito verde. Avocado toast, Bullseye Eggs baked in Japanese milk bread with tomato-miso sauce, and the Kauboi Burger offer additional options. Those looking for something lighter can opt for a Teriyaki Salmon Salad or an Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl.
Guests can also upgrade their meal with Wagyu Fried Rice featuring scallions, chili crunch, soy egg yolk and Wagyu short rib for an additional $25. A la carte selections available from the seafood bar. Chilled oysters with ponzu mignonette, the Desert Heat Roll with spicy tuna and roasted poblano, and the Scottsdale Roll with snow crab salad, charred jalapeño aioli and avocado bring a coastal touch to the Southwestern setting.

A nigiri plate featuring hamachi, Hon-Maguro and sake with habanero ponzu rounds out the selection. Beverage options range from cocktails to tableside presentations like the signature Mimosa Boat that pairs seasonal juices with a choice of Bisol Jeio Prosecco for $115, Billecart-Salmon Brut for $195 or Dom Pérignon for $495. Guests can also add caviar bumps for $15 per person.
