Sanctuary Camelback Mountain’s Elevated Thanksgiving This Year Includes a Private Dinner Option

Even though Turkey Day might look a little bit different this year, you can still look forward to traditional Thanksgiving favorites and impeccable desert views from Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort & Spa.

Perched high on scenic Camelback Mountain, Sanctuary will deliver a delectable Thanksgiving dining experience by executive chef and Food Network Star Beau MacMillan.

Guests can choose between a four-course, prix-fixe menu at elements, Sanctuary’s signature restaurant, or a private Thanksgiving feast during a stay in one of the Villas at Sanctuary, the resort’s collection of luxury homes, which are naturally set-up for celebration with gorgeous living and dining areas.

In addition to a Traditional Turkey Dinner with chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry apple relish and giblet gravy, elements’ entrée choices will include: Roasted Vegetable Wellington with savoy spinach, squash, piperade, asparagus, balsamic onions, gruyere cheese and sage chimichurri; Grilled Filet of Beef with pomme puree, roasted root vegetables, porcini butter and smoked bacon shallot jam; Pecan-Crusted Swordfish with pickled jalapeño, braised swiss chard, chipotle sweet potato puree and maple cream; Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shank with charred eggplant puree, cumin scented couscous, ras al hanout and pistachio honey lebneh; and Butternut Squash Raviolis with wagyu beef cheek, cippolini onions, chanterelle mushrooms, brown butter, sage and pecorino.

Decadent desserts will include: Brownie Pecan Pie with milk chocolate cremeux, miso caramel and toffee ice cream; Pumpkin Spice Crème Brulée with pepita brittle and brown butter shortbread; Quince Cranberry Strudel with spiced walnuts, maple gelato and spiked cider gastrique; and Butterscotch Cheesecake with gingersnap crust, pomegranate, vanilla whipped cream.

Two seating times at elements are available: 12-1:45 p.m. for $105 per person and from 2-8 p.m. for $125 per person. Children ages 6-12 dine for $45, and ages 5 years and under dine free.
