Fat Ox is inviting guests to cool down and savor the flavors of Italy with its new Summer of Pasta menu, a seasonal dining experience showcasing house-made pasta and coastal-inspired cuisine.

Available now through August 31, the special four-course menu offers diners a journey through some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes, highlighting the craftsmanship and attention to detail that have made Fat Ox a Scottsdale dining destination. Offered Sunday through Thursday for $80 per person, the experience centers around a trio of pastas selected by Executive Chef Matt Carter and designed for sharing.
Guests begin with a choice of antipasti, selecting either the Burrata D.O.P. or the Insalata Di Casa. The opening course sets the stage for the meal’s centerpiece: three pasta dishes served family-style.

The tasting includes two signature Fat Ox pasta selections alongside one rotating seasonal pasta personally chosen by the chef, offering guests the opportunity to experience restaurant favorites and fresh flavors. For the second course, diners can choose from Ora King Salmon, Brick Half Chicken, or an 8-ounce Prime Ox Cut Steak. The meal concludes with a seasonal sorbetto.

The Summer of Pasta menu reflects Fat Ox’s commitment to celebrating authentic Italian cooking through handmade ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Named after the famed Italian cattle, food, and wine festival, Fat Ox showcases Chef Matt Carter’s modern interpretation of the hearty, ingredient-driven recipes found throughout rural Italy.
In addition to the Summer of Pasta experience, guests can enjoy Fat Ox’s popular Aperitivo Hour daily from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the bar and high-top tables. Regular dining hours are Sunday through Thursday from 3:30 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 3:30 to 10 p.m. For more information, visit ilovefatox.com.
